I had a great experience with Speedway Subaru even though there were issues outside Speedway's control. First, internet was cut due to bridge work on the day I was looking, but the team worked around these issues to find me the model and deal I wanted. We than had a problem with the original Crosstrek Limited that I had selected as we were closing the deal, but Justin and the team quickly resolved this issue that day by finding a comparable model, and even better color. I am very happy with my purchase and the way the team worked through any issues to make sure I very happy with my new car.

We had an awesome experience working with Amanda and the Speedway Subaru crew! Amanda went above and beyond from start to finish. Even when we were being a little flaky during the process, she stayed patient, kept communicating, and never made us feel pressured. The moment the exact car we wanted got traded in, she called us right away to let us know what info she did have on it. What really stood out was how genuine and down-to-earth she was — no sales gimmicks, just straight-up honest, person-to-person communication. We also worked with Nic and Taylor throughout the process, and they were both great to work with as well - the entire experience was way less stressful than normal car shopping. We really appreciated all the extra effort and would absolutely recommend working with this team!

Went to Speedway Subaru based on reviews. Walked in, greeted by Alex, and instantly felt at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the vehicles but not in that overtly sales-y way. For example, he knew the tech specs and all that you could memorize from a book, but also the random nuances of how various features could work with or against you. I also immediately noticed his memory and attention to details were wickedly on point based on tiny details dropped in conversation and general observations which translated into guidance you don’t really get from most sales people I’ve ever experienced. Plus, he’s just fun to chat with. Got the vehicle selected and moved into the finance side with Aaron. Also, great experience - was shorter which is the only reason my blurb about him is shorter. He made everything super easy, super comfortable and had a fun banter. All in all, where most dealership experiences are unbelievably exhausting for me due to my tendency to be very insular, I had none of that coming out of this experience. Plus it didn’t take all freaking day. They treat you like a person, walk you through everything, and honestly I’m really glad I came here because if I had to buy another car tomorrow I’d be right back.

Justin Peyton treated us A plus. We are completely satisfied with our new Subaru Crosstrek. We will return for some tutoring on all of its bells and whistles with Blue(sp?) as it had been 14 years since we got our Prius and technology is so much more sophisticated. Justin did a great job with much of it and was willing to do more but sensed I had had enough, at least for now. He was right. He had been recommended highly by the Graffis family and I can see why.

Came to Speedway Subaru from TW. The duo of Amanda and Taylor is simply unstoppable and incredible. I upgraded my 2024 Forester Limited to the 2026 Forester Touring. As Amanda knows, I'm very passionate about cup holders and where they are located. It was the easiest purchase ever from the trade in process to signing and leaving.
